1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at coolbestaircon.com and the air conditioning services provided by Coolbest Aircon ("we", "us", or "our"), a business registered in Singapore and operating from Block 540 #03-1108, Jurong West Avenue 1, Singapore 640540.

By booking a service with us or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Offered

Coolbest Aircon provides the following air conditioning services for residential and commercial properties across Singapore:

  • General aircon servicing and maintenance
  • Aircon chemical wash
  • Aircon chemical overhaul (full dismantle and deep clean)
  • Aircon gas top-up (refrigerant recharge)
  • Aircon installation (new units and replacement)
  • Aircon repair and troubleshooting (leaking, not cold, noisy, smelly units)

3. Booking and Scheduling

  • Service appointments can be booked via WhatsApp, phone call, or our website contact form.
  • We will confirm your appointment date, time, and pricing before the service visit.
  • Same-day service is available subject to technician availability, particularly within our primary coverage areas in the West Region of Singapore.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (S$) and are inclusive of standard service charges.
  • Prices are based on the number of fan coil (indoor) units to be serviced.
  • We provide transparent, upfront pricing. The quoted price is the price you pay — no hidden fees or surprise charges.
  • Additional work beyond the original scope (for example, discovering a gas leak during a chemical wash) will be communicated and quoted separately before proceeding.
  • We accept payment via Cash, Bank Transfer, and PayNow.
  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

5. 90-Day Workmanship Warranty

All services performed by Coolbest Aircon come with a 90-day workmanship warranty, subject to the following conditions:

  • The warranty covers issues directly related to the work performed during the service visit.
  • If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the original service, we will return to rectify it at no additional charge.
  • The warranty does not cover issues caused by pre-existing conditions not addressed during the service, normal wear and tear, power surges, misuse, or tampering by third parties.
  • The warranty does not cover parts or replacement components unless explicitly stated in the service quotation.
  • To make a warranty claim, contact us with your original service date and a description of the issue.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge if you notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time.
  • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement for advance payment before future bookings.

7. Access and Property

  • You must ensure our technician has clear and safe access to all aircon units requiring service.
  • Our technicians will take reasonable care to protect your property during the service, including the use of protective sheets and proper cleanup.
  • Coolbest Aircon is not liable for damage to walls, ceilings, or fixtures caused by pre-existing issues with aircon installations (such as concealed pipe leaks or deteriorated mounting brackets) that become apparent during servicing.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of business, property damage from pre-existing conditions, or increases in electricity costs.
  • We are not responsible for the performance or condition of aircon units beyond the scope of the work performed.

  • While we strive to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the website content.
  • Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may vary based on the specific requirements of your aircon system.
